It's almost time for the Joker's big debut when Season 1 launches next week! Before Season 1 is available on March 28, there will be a patch on March 26 that contains many bug fixes and gameplay improvements. Find out everything coming in the new season here!

Season 1 starts March 28!

Rocksteady will not be releasing a patch for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League this week to focus on preparing for the launch of Season 1, which will arrive on March 28. In a post published on the official Suicide Squad website, Rocksteady acknowledges that players are looking forward to the next patch, which will fix numerous bugs and introduce key gameplay improvements. However, they are now focusing on "preparing the game to receive the free Season 1 update this month." Season 1 will add the Joker as a new playable character, as well as new equipment and environments for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Season 1 | Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Rocksteady Studios details its plans to launch up to four seasons in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League, and the first new character is the Joker. Just over a week before the launch of the Suicide Squad game on February 2, 2024 (and a few days before in Early Access), Rocksteady reveals what the post-launch content will be like. We already had a small preview last week, and now we have official confirmation that the Joker will be a playable character starting in March 2024, with Season 1 of the game. Fans are confused, since the Joker died in the Batman Arkham saga, and it's supposed to be the same universe as those games. The explanation is that this character belongs to Elseworlds (Suicide Squad Insider | Episode 3), that is, alternative versions of the DC worlds, which invade our reality because of Brainiac.
