Update to Ranked System

In the past, the ranked game system was a simple skill system where only the MMR value was used to determine skill and rank. Any changes applied to the system affected skill and, as a result, matchmaking. What used to be known as MMR has now been split into Skill and Rank.
Your skill level will be a hidden value that will be used for matchmaking. Rank, on the other hand, will be used for progression on the competitive ladder and will be updated after every match.
